So now you believe the EPA should violate sovergn nations and take over Canada, Mexico, China etc? Tell me Einstein, under what legal argument would they use? That some guy on a public forum said so?

Thru the UN and the World Conservation Bank.
Look how other nations are sucking our resources, right out from under us.

Most Congressmen and Congresswomen have multiple offices in their home states. Did you really not know this?
I'm used to states where people live together in a civilized fashion .. you know, in cities and what not. I was unaware that hicks in the sticks needed multiple offices... another example of redstate welfare, I suppose.
If it had been fraud, the EPA would have used the land for something else, dontcha think?
No, a State Park with nothing in it with fenced off "natural habitat " areas is a classic epa move. tURN IT OVER TO THE sTATE WITH STRINGS ATTACHED THAT NOTHING, NOT EVEN Outbuildings can be built on it. Brings out the epa's best dream come true other than being completely one with the earth. I'm all for making them 1 with the earth.
