I'm used to states where people live together in a civilized fashion .. you know, in cities and what not. I was unaware that hicks in the sticks needed multiple offices... another example of redstate welfare, I suppose.

No, a State Park with nothing in it with fenced off "natural habitat " areas is a classic epa move. tURN IT OVER TO THE sTATE WITH STRINGS ATTACHED THAT NOTHING, NOT EVEN Outbuildings can be built on it. Brings out the epa's best dream come true other than being completely one with the earth. I'm all for making them 1 with the earth.
