I watched Obamas speech today in regards to the withdraw of troops from Iraqi, and all I could think about is how Obama should have been giving speeches like this to the citizens.

Obama hails 'extraordinary' US achievement in Iraq - YouTube

Fantastic speech, but a stark contrast from his usual, you are bad, greedy, get the successful, take from you, etc talk that I'm used to hearing from him.

It was more about how if we work together we can be successful, and if he believes this, then why is he so divisive?

I think that speech writer who wrote that one is not the same one who wrote the one he read off in Kansas last week. Maybe he needs to shuffle them around a bit.

He should do America a favor and make a speech about his stepping down from office.

Same guys who back in the day were calling the troops terrorists, murderers, rapists and tried to defund em are now taking credit for the victory in Iraq. Makes one sick.

You miss the reason for this grand speech; when he congratulates our military, he is also congratulating himself. The success or failure of our military always reflects upon the commander-in-chief.

Don't believe me? How many times already, has 0bama or his surrogates congratulated 0bama for getting 0sama? Throughout this presidential campaign, 0bama will run adds and make comments applauding himself for killing 0sama and pulling the troops out of Iraq.
