Thanks, I don't need to say anything its common sense really. I've worked to make that 80k a year I'm not going from that to flipping burgers because some old school thinking conservatives think I'm a spoiled liberal.
America's real problem is outsourcing our jobs to cheap foreigners who will work for a 3rd of the cost they pay us. Then these same conservatives turn around and ask us to adjust and don't leech off them..... Please
I wish they'd blame these greedy companies but they'll never do that.

Damn right! You have principles! You decided you are worth 80k a year damn it and if the market can't justify that full 80k then you just won't work at all and the other guy will pay you to sit on your ass.

But wait, you worked for a greedy corporation to make that 80K, didn't you? Why didn't you protest then by refusing to work for them?
Here in Research Triangle Park, Cisco is chock full of hypocritical Obamatrons who work for "da man" while complaining about greedy corporations. I don't work there, but have been there many times for joint academic projects.
So I should save 25k a year out of probably 55k gross after taxes?
When I made 40 I saved half of it.

The funny part is that your 80k goes farther because of that. The other funny part is that a caring lefty such as yourself would probably rather have the guy in India starve so that you can make triple what he's getting paid.
Paying people NOT to work has been a smashing success!
At the very least, are they required to "work" in community for their benefits?
Are they required to get training?
How about two or three show up at my house to do some yardwork and cleaning? The people paying for these loafers should be getting something for their money.
