American was created as a Country with equal rights for ALL.

When people like you defend another, when they attack someone's rights, or a group of American's personal rights, then you are acting in an unamerican way.

When we defend a group from persecution, we are acting as the founding fathers intended.

In short, exercising your rights, can't mean taking away the rights of others.
Hahaha - oh the irony, and flat-out lies.

You are openly hateful to people who don't agree with. You want to FORCE businesses to run the way YOU want them to run, or FORCE them to close.

Yeah, you're all FOR the rights of other people, aren't you Josef!

I would? What product is sh/e he selling that I would potentially be a consumer of but would instead boycott?

Do you really think that Chick-Fil-A owners are going to do something different because of people talking about their donations? Dominos is run by a religious extremist, and I don't see Dominos going down the tubes anytime soon, in spite of both their crappy food and their bankrolling of the dream of a conservative-Catholics-only town.

Really? And yet you say to liberals:

If I thought you were in the least bit correct, perhaps I would be more outraged by your characterization. But the fact is that Chick-Fil-A can hold its own. So too can those who choose not to eat there because of the company's homophobic activities, as well as those who choose to eat there because of them.

If you are so bothered about some people characterizing negatively the beliefs of homophobes, perhaps you should think about why that is.

we should all be saying it. To a liberal, freedom is conforming to their wishes. period.

Oh, and we can use Google too, to look up these great companies.

The rest of you have fun with your chicken fingers and Linux!
You still patronize Starbucks.....after they openly announced they support open carry of handguns in their stores in states where it is legal? Pretty moderate of you!

Liberals are ALWAYS open, welcoming, affirming, and open-minded to everyone. Except anyone who disagrees with them about anything. Those people can go straight to hell.

It isn't. You're just arguing against a boogeyman that exists only in your head, because you'd rather just scream "communist!" than actually form a cogent argument based on facts.

You can choose to eat there and support a bunch of bigots if you want. Others can choose to not eat there, and are free to tell others why they choose not to eat there.

Why is that right wingers love to exercise their constitutional right to say whatever they want, yet lose their minds when the left exercises the exact same right?

Why are you not critical of the leftwing extremists on here who want to control everyone in the country?
Well, for one, this isn't a discussion about things the left tries to do. If it were a thread about, say, banning guns or banning happy meals or whatever, I would be critical of them.

It is completely ok for us to be intolerant of your intolerance.

Our government understands this, as this is the same argument this Country has used to start several wars, or 'police actions, ' around the World.

To do anything else, would be unamerican.

Exercising your rights CAN NOT mean taking away the rights of others.

Yes, you have the right to exercise free speech, but you can not stand up in a crowded movie theatre and yell fire. Doing so would infring on the rights of others to have a reasonable expectation of safety.

Similarly, any company or individual who acts explicitly to infring on the rights of gay Americans, can not be tolerated.

Yeah, Nike, with those sweat shops and Apple exploiting slave labor.... real nice

Then again, since leftists believe in murdering kids and hate minorities, it makes sense that they would support those companies that exploit those groups not to mention all the hatred that some leftist groups have had for Target.... way to contradict yourselves

Lefties = love gays and hate kids, women and minorities

Thanks for proving that

Just straight-up stupid.

Phobia is an irrational fear of something. Not agreeing with homosexual marriage does not make anybody a homophobe, anymore than not agreeing with incest makes a person an incestophobe.

Dumb, dumb, dumb...

Okay, George. I'm neither liberal nor conservative. I want to know why you think homosexuals shouldn't have the same rights as anyone else, or if that's not what you think, why you would contribute (or excuse the contribution) to an organization that promotes just that sort of inequality.
