It seems that a special election in Troy, NY in 2009 there was a bit of mickey mouse type cheating going. If it could happen in an election like that one why couldn't it happen through absentee voting in any other election. I think that this is real voter fraud and one of those accused of taking part said that it is very common all over the place and by both parties, Republican and Democrat.
Chicago? damn they make Boston look like they are on the up and up. And thats a town where when can get almost any public job they want, as long as they are willing to pay cash for it.

2 different flavors causes problems, just follow the Chicago model of 1 party rule.

Note: Rahm Emanueal gives whitehouse chief of staff job to Bill Daley....and shocker....he gets the Chicago mayors job from retiring Richard Daley. Told my co-workers Rahm was the guaranteed mayor when that happened and they were like "naaaah, that can't happen."
