I have to agree with this.
Many things will never change as long as such a high value and priority are placed on getting $200 shoes for 14 year old kids versus paying for college prep courses or tutors.

You cannot get an iPAD clone for $50. Shoes are shoes. There is nothing magical about them to justify the difference in price from one or the other.
