Another poster too lazy to do any research before he forms an opinion. Why are people so scared of OWS? Are you afraid that the big corporations are going to lose their status as persons? Worried that the Bush tax breaks will be allowed to lapse, and you'll have to pay your fair share of taxes for once? Scared the 99% rabble will climb over the walls in your gated community?

We have a nation of proudly ignorant ill-informed idiots.

Thanks to a crappy education system, cnn/fox news and right-wing radio.

Opponents of the Tea Party could make the same comments. I may not agree with all of either movements demands and platforms but i defend their right to stand up and be heard. Both groups are very diverse in their wants, desires likes and dislikes but the both represent something very American..differ forms of civil disobedience. They are good for the country from that point of view IMO. Any attempt to squelch them might well be taken as very un-American. America is a free country, well mostly, so lets keep it that way and not give up any more freedoms than we have already allowed the present corporate form of government to take away from us...admittedly slowly and cleverly but taken away none the less.

How can people like you squeal so loudly about the Bush tax cuts that actually cut for all who pay taxes and then turn around and support the newer tax problem of taking money away from Social Security? Are you one of the OWS people or just a supporter? No matter which one can you just look at what they were standing up for at the beginning and then call the OP lazy? I don't think so.

OWS protesters should stop breaking the law if they want to be taken seriously.

I agree with that, until some of protesters left some of their trash and took dumps in the street, thats disgusting and the protesters should of been made to clean up.

"Taking money away from Soc Sec"? Is that something like "the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor"?
