If cats were born in an oven would they be biscuits? This was a popular quote after the WKA decision. It is suitable today regarding spurious born obama.
i've only seen a small handful go after romney but, in their defense, most of the "de vattel" birthers have stayed consistent in their beliefs and believe that jindal and rubio aren't eligible for VP/POTUS.
Actually, that would be the U.S. Supreme Court:
Quote:
The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners."
Obama was born subject to the jurisdiction of the British Nationality Act of 1948. Note that his own campaign admits it:
Quote:
"When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children."

If you can post any other U.S. Supreme Court definition of Constitutional natural born citizen, please do so.
In actuality, this quote is all one needs to know that you guys are exactly what the thread title suggests you are.
I know, I know: We've all been brainwashed, you are true patriots with incredibly keen analytic minds, and you've taken the red pill while the rest of us are still strapped into the matrix.
We believe a person should be successful based on their skills and talents. The herd mentality in this forum want success based on their skin color through affirmative action programs.
How can..those who have been educated through affirmative action factually understand this subject?
This is how Obama's handlers continue to fool his supporters. Obama's handlers have obama convinced he's a legal president.
We know and understand Liberalism is a mental illness. But you guys have no idea it is...how could you? This is why you keep supporting an illegal President. You do as you're told.
How is it that you keep forgetting that there actually is a thing called orbiter dicta? SCOTUS can comment on anything they want.
It wasn't just anything. It was SCOTUS's actual determination of Minor's Constitutional citizenship status so that they could then proceed to examine the issue of whether the Constitution guaranteed her the right of suffrage. SCOTUS could not examine the Constitutional right issue UNTIL Minor's Constitutional citizenship status was verified. SCOTUS did so via defining Constitutional natural born citizen.
Quote:
Spanish citizens travel too. And if your idiotic interpretation was true, any of their children born on US soil would be British subjects.
You apparently still cannot comprehend the meaning of "born in England."
Go back and read the passage. It specifically says "born in England."
Exactly what about "born in England" do you not understand? We'll help you out and explain it to you.
Quote:
And the Virginia law (when not dishonestly edited by you) agrees with me too.... in the very first clause of the very first sentence.
No, it does not. You're having a reading comprehension problem, again. Go back and reread it, and tell us what you don't understand. We'll explain that, too.
I'm beginning to get why you're having such a hard time understanding all of this. You're not comprehending what you read.
LOL... even Minor says that English common law is the source of US citizenship.
SCOTUS specifically states "common law" as the source of U.S. citizenship, not 'English common law.' You're exhibiting yet another reading comprehension problem. SCOTUS:
Quote:
"At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners."

wowsy lmfao... cant wait to see that opinion (and verbiage) used in an apellate court.
Yes, your opinions matter in the Supreme Court.
lexis.nexis.com...look up the precedents and use logic.
I've never seen a Birther under 40 years old.
Or a Birther who has contributed anything of significance to society.
(Except for trump and I doubt how serious he was on finding anything.)
I've learned to ignore them.
I've been wondering all day, what's age got to do with this?

1. Who's this "we" Kemosabe?
2. Talk about herd mentality! "We believe"!
