Don't Republicans get tired of always being on the wrong side of the issues? You impeached Clinton... that's all you are good at, ruining other people's good reputations with your over-reactions and lies. Wasn't Monica Lewinsky a Republican? There was nothing illegal done... Congress ended their session. Stop being Republican and uninformed. The session lasted 30 seconds and then the few people that bothered to attend went home. That's what your elected officials do. Please, you people really need to stop being so fire-brand... get a hold of yourselves. Shouldn't you be more worried about the DNAA... I mean, it basically authorizes every president after Obama to have their way with arresting and detaining American citizens. The Patriot Act? Common people, stop being so partisan and open your eyes. Stop trying to impeach presidents for stupid crap, Bush actually committed atrocities and lied about Iraq. Why are you people such sheep to the Fox?

That's the ONLY reason they haven't so far... We would like Barry to lose all on his own and take his rightful place as THE WORST President ever...

0 would be gone real quick should the unthinkable happen...

No way because O is the best thing that ever happened to the GOP. If they impeached him after he was re-elected, then the GOP would be be blamed for the ensuing mess. If he is re-elected, better to keep picking away at the Dems from the background (just as the Dems did after Bush was re-elected). Otherwise, Hillary is a shoe-in for 2016.

If Obama wins re-election, then the record would show that a majority of the voters do not agree with you.

Impeaching Clinton for something much more salacious and less wonky made his popularity go through the roof. Just imagine the GOP defying the voters' will for a technicality on a recess appointment. It'd guarantee the Presidency back to the Dems in 2016, regardless of what Hillary looks like.

The Obama isn't about to let Congress
or the Constitution get in his way.
He just needs to be voted out.
Impeachment talk is just silly.
Then what do we get, President BiteMe?

The Senate currently has no intention of finding Obama guilty of anything, irrespective of what he does. Your new dictator could commit first degree murder with a dozen witnesses and his minions in the Senate would not convict him. Right, wrong and the rule of law make no difference. What he has done this time is probably not an impeachable offense, but he has committed one and it is being swept under the carpet and will never see the light of day. Why? Because the Senate under Harry Reid is corrupt.

If the Congress keeps backing away from him he will have their irrelevance proven and will not have to depend on them for anything. Plenty of proof that the Senate wasn't in recess long enough, formally speaking but so far they have backed off.

Newt said many years ago that if you go into the Senate cloakroom and say Mr. President every head in there would turn since they all consider themselves to be future Presidents. I don't think many of them feel like that these days.

No, but the CFPB and the NLRB can now do their jobs.

Please stow your phony outrage.

Bush made multiples of Obama's recess appointments. They're an established routine procedure that have been used for decades.
