Probably along those lines. Aztlan teaches that Mexicans must regain control of Colorado, California, Arizona, Texas, Utah, New Mexico, Oregon and parts of Washington because they were stolen from them.
I'd say they already got CA, AZ and TX by sheer population numbers.

The Irish, have never had a culture studies program either.......I call this bias and if they want to know their culture go back where they came from.
This is America and the only "culture program" they should be learning is about America. If they want these Chicano studies, do it on their dime and their time.

Funny, I've never gone to a College that didn't have some Foreign Culture Studies courses.
