Very funny stuff. Lighten up. Where's your sense of humor?? Watch "Comics Without Borders". Ethnic humor at its best and not offensive - and I didn't find the clip you posted offensive, just some funny truth.
Being white for hispanics like this guy is especially great -- they can have all the advantages of white until they want college financial aid or any of the affirmative action programs, then they can get in the victimized minority lines.
Because he can be a poor underpriveleged minority victim at the same time that he's white. He's got the best of both worlds.
In Florida, I'm pretty sure I technically qualify as a "minority person" despite being green eyed and having an American mother of Anglo extraction:
Section 288.703, Florida Statutes:
(3) “Minority person” means a lawful, permanent resident of Florida who is:
[...]
(b) A Hispanic American, a person of Spanish or Portuguese culture with origins in Spain, Portugal, Mexico, South America, Central America, or the Caribbean, regardless of race.
Better believe I'd ride whatever benefits I would ever be able to take advantage of because of that! (Though alas, I've never had opportunity for same yet)!

True and honestly anyone can join people in this game because only American Indians have to have documentation of their racial/ethnic classification. Anyone else can simply claim to be hispanic whether or not it's true. If Cameron Diaz, Albeto Fujimori, Zoe Saldana, and Benjamin Bratt (note the nonSpanish surname) can all claim to be hispanic frankly anyone can.
