It should pass. It'll be the first damn thing she's been on the right side of since she won the governorship. I'm sure after this thing is done and she's earned some publicity points, she'll cash them in to give yet another raise to the massively overpaid/overstaffed government union. That piece of trash can't leave Olympia fast enough.
