gun safes? I dont even use those. a gun in a safe is not useful when someone is breaking into your home. the last data I remeber about private firarm sales, is that private sales account for 3%-4% of all firearms sales.

Laws are made by Congress. The dictator issued an edict. FFL's already report gun purchases to BATFE; this is duplicate paperwork. This is an Executive Order, not a law. The people and their representatives had no say.

Do you prefer a dictatorship instead of a Constitutional Republic. If so turn the mirror on yourself to see the fool.

Indeed, as it would seem BATFE (under Eric Holder's DOJ) is the largest traffiker of illegal small arms from the US into Mexico. First they told the 90% and then they tried to make it true.
