Some people need to stop making Republicans look like gullible morons. Then again after yesterday's election of Newt "Infidelity is bad Unless I Do It" Gingrich, I suppose that's damned near impossible.
Yeah, I can't believe that went over like it did. Very clever of Newt to make it look like the bad ole media was after him, esp. after what he did to Clinton.
Based upon the language of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 and the guidance provided by Wong Kim Ark, we conclude that persons born within the borders of the United States are “natural born Citizens” for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents. Just as a person “born within the British dominions [was] a natural-born British subject” at the time of the framing of the U.S. Constitution, so too were those “born in the allegiance of the United States [] natural-born citizens.”

He is at best a 14th amendment statutory citizen but not a Constitutional natural born citizen.
Only racists, neo nazi's and white supremacist use this canard. And its an excuse used by them to deny black americans that they are citizens.
yes, putting the standard back to where it was under reagan and less restrictive than it was under hw bush.
I wouldn't justify Obama's executive order, by comparing his to Bush's - they are both rats. Hopefully the next real President will revoke the latest one, and simply allow true transparency, and the FIA to act as intended.

No it doesn't. It makes it easier to access Presidential records by overturning the onerous Bush order and replacing it with the more lenient language used by Ronald Reagan.
