The so-called "American Dream" is more achievable elsewhere. You can bring up anecdotal instances of rags-to-riches but that doesn't negate the overall statistical fact.
You created the thread and you won't even define rich. If you want to avoid answering questions why bother making threads??? I would say that being in the top 0.1% makes you rich, and those odds, which are roughty one in a thousand are astronomical.
The point is, what do those who say "you'll never be rich" consider rich?
Statistically speaking, the vast vast majority of people, like 99% will never be rich. But what are statistics and facts. Now that doesnt' mean you can't be middle or upper middle class and live a comfortable life.
Deflection is very important to many here an you are being deflected here.
The title of the thread is about being rich. How is asking the OP what he considers rich to be a deflection? Does anyone else see the absurdiity of this line of thinking??
