This is a subject I haven't seen discussed here. A common pro-abortion argument is that the government shouldn't tell a woman what she can or cannot do with her body. Does this argument apply to prostitution? In regard to prostitution, at least a baby is not killed. Would prostitution be considered less evil because of this fact?

That is an interesting argument, I haven't heard it argued in that way before... makes sense, otherwise it would be a double standard... I am sure the OP is asking in regards to Federal laws rather than city ordinances..
I thought it was already legal in certain cities in Nevada.
It's only legal in rural areas of Nevada, and only in government-sanctioned brothels. It's illegal to work independently as a sex worker anywhere in Nevada.
I believe that all prostitution should be legal, as long as it's done in private, and between consenting adults. Street prostitution should remain illegal, unless it's done in an area that is designated for that type of activity. (The U.S. has no such areas.)

Yes...it should be.
1. It is nobody's business what people do with their bodies.
2. It would be a great source of government revenue.
3. It happens no matter what...so why clog up our justice system and jails with prostitutes? Why not let the police protect and serve the PUBLIC?? Maybe there would be fewer drive by shootings with more police prescence in the cities.
Prostitution should be legal but not directly from the streets.
