The Georgia SoS has made no such indication. And now that he has a state issued, sealed and certified birth certificate for Obama in his possession, he no longer even has the option.

Since the Obama Trial thread was closed here's what transpired. The truth will not be buried.

Given the testimony from today’s court case in Georgia, Obama has a lot of explaining to do. His attorney, Jablonski, was a NO SHOW as of course, was Obama.

Promptly at 9am EST, all attorneys involved in the Obama Georgia eligibility case were called to the Judge’s chambers. This was indeed a very interesting beginning to this long awaited and important case.

See post #117.

President Obama has disclosed a certified copy that has been authenticated by officials of the State of Hawaii; and which would be admissible as an exception to the rules barring hearsay evidence in any action in which such issue was relevant. Yea but the Hawaii Dept of Health Director named Chiyome Fukino gave a interview with MSNBC after she stepped down stating that Obama's birth certificat was half typed and half handwritten when asked about it. What Obama released on April 27th of 2011 was not half typed nor was it half handwritten and that is a big problem when it comes to credibility.

If America was at its finest fifty years ago, there are far more reasons than the ones you mention.

America Prospered in the 1950s With a 91-percent High-End Tax Rate

But in reality, it was an extremely prosperous decade for America. In fact, it was a prosperous decade for the great majority of Americans (in contrast to the past three decades, which have seen only the Top One Percent prosper). In fact, in many ways, the 1950s was a truly golden decade. While it wasn't, of course, perfect, the 1950s seems like a million miles away from today's Third World-like America.

In the 1950s, American workers made the highest wages in the world. We also enjoyed the best workers' benefits and the longest vacations. Most high-tech products were made in America. I'm not sure what the world's top 10 corporations and top 10 banks were in the 50s. But I'd bet they were all American.

American had a trade SURPLUS in the 50s. The dollar was strong. The U.S. middle class was the envy of the world. The U.S. made the best cars in the world. America's manufacturing base and infrastructure were second to none. U.S. public schools trounced their counterparts worldwide. Nations around the world regularly sent representatives here to study how we did it.

The Disappearing Middle

Quote:
For the America I grew up in -- the America of the 1950's and 1960's -- was a middle-class society, both in reality and in feel. The vast income and wealth inequalities of the Gilded Age had disappeared. Yes, of course, there was the poverty of the underclass -- but the conventional wisdom of the time viewed that as a social rather than an economic problem. Yes, of course, some wealthy businessmen and heirs to large fortunes lived far better than the average American. But they weren't rich the way the robber barons who built the mansions had been rich, and there weren't that many of them. The days when plutocrats were a force to be reckoned with in American society, economically or politically, seemed long past.

as I said Obama needs to carpet bomb Georgia for allowing such a frivilous lawsuit! Orly also needs some pyschotic drugs which she probably could get under "Obamacare"!

Absolutely it is. The birther movement is racist at it's core.

Steve McGarret is the one who threw out the "his mom did interracial porn" comment.

When you've got nothing, that's what you do. Lies and "yo mamma".

I said it before, it would be funny if wasn't so pathetic.
