Only because so many are ignorant of actual U.S. History. All the historical facts are there, just as I've posted and linked.

Did you know he is already on the Georgia ballot and absentee voting is already underway?
Yep. If Obama cannot prove his Constitutional eligibility (and he can't, given known historical facts), any absentee votes for him will be void and Obama, his campaign, and the Dems will be responsible for willfully disenfranchising trusting voters.

The real object of the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution, in qualifying the words, "All persons born in the United States" by the addition "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof," would appear to have been to exclude, by the fewest and fittest words (besides children of members of the Indian tribes, standing in a peculiar relation to the National Government, unknown to the common law), the two classes of cases -- children born of alien enemies in hostile occupation and children of diplomatic representatives of a foreign State -- both of which, as has already been shown, by the law of England and by our own law from the time of the first settlement of the English colonies in America, had been recognized exceptions to the fundamental rule of citizenship by birth within the country. Calvin's Case, 7 Rep. 1, 18b; Cockburn on Nationality, 7; Dicey Conflict of Laws, 177; Inglis v. Sailors' Snug Harbor, 3 Pet. 99, 155; 2 Kent Com. 39, 42.
And yet the actual drafters of the 14th Amendment describe the intent of the 'subject to the jurisdiction thereof' clause as such:
Quote:
"What do we mean by ‘subject to the jurisdiction of the United States?’ Not owing allegiance to anybody else. That is what it means"
A Century of Lawmaking for a New Nation: U.S. Congressional Documents and Debates, 1774 - 1875

Activist judges notwithstanding , we have a definitive historically accurate verbatim description of what the drafters of the 14th Amendment meant by the inclusion of the 'subject to the jurisdiction thereof' clause. It's a matter of actual historic record.

Today was a step closer to identify this fraud illegally occupying the White House. God Bless Orly Taitz, the attorneys, witnesses and the Judge who may have placed their lives in danger to be in the Atlanta court room today. They need our prayers.

God bless Dr. Taitz, attorney at Law! Figures that it would require one like her that lived most of their life under Communist rule, to become this inspired to fight the good fight.

She's right about Obama.

her fellow plaintiffs beg to differ. from carl swensson:

"Both Van Irion and My lawyer, Mark Hatfield made certain that our cases and evidence in those two cases would be closed so as not to be affiliated, in any way, with “Birther” Orly Taitz. As expected, she was an embarrassment."

A reminder all conditioned Obots are being placed on ignore...the list is mounting.

Does everyone agree the defendants parents met at the East West Center circa 1960 n Hawaii? During the fall semester.

The narrative.... Barack Hussein Obama Sr. from Kenya, and Ann Dunham of Wichita, Kansas - met while both were attending the East-West Center of the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
