Could, could, could. You can say that about everyone's BC, even yours! The state of HI has verified Obama's BC. There is no farther this nonsense can be taken.

yep. now the question: is he an expert? ( hint: an expert would be able to explain why there is no evidence of photoshop in the image's metadata. )

if it's certified by the state, it's good. full faith and credit clause of the constitution.

Thank you for not using the word "delusional" in your response. A respectful answer is always more effective, and in my estimation, indicates a higher level of education and better upbringing.

Let me be sure I understand your position on this. Am I to understand that if a fraudulent document is deemed legal under the full faith and credit provision of the Constitution that you're OK with that and will accept it anyway?

Wait. Are you accusing the State of Hawaii of issuing fraudulent documents now?

has nothing to do with what i think is/isn't ok. if you have evidence it's fraudulent then bring it forward. if not, then yes, states have to accept other states' certified documents as fact. that is the US constitution. if you don't like that part then petition your congressman for a change.

That is one of many questions being investigated at present in several venues. No conclusive findings have been released as yet. I only know that there have been cases of low level officials being pressured to do unethical things by top level officials.

How do you know anyone's birth certificate isn't "fraudulent"? Maybe Ron Paul was really born in Canada. It's not that far from Pittsburgh, where he is from. You have to give the official, certified BC full faith and credit. It is well known that about 10% of husbands are not the biological father of their wives' children. However, whoever's name goes on the BC is the legal father.
