no it doesn't. This wasn't a court case, only and administrative hearing. And for the last time, this is a RECOMMENDATION suit. That means the judge recommends to the SoS what they would like him/her to do.

doesn't mean that the SoS has to do it. The courts in Georgia cannot determine eligibity of candidates (whether a real court or an administrative hearing court)

Obama is in it deep and the DNC has some…a LOT…of explaining to do unless they start looking for a new candidate for 2012.
No they aren't. There was no obligation by the DNC or Obama to defend themselves in this case. And if the SoS decides to go with whatever recommendation (in this case to keep Obama off the ballot), Georgia will be in for a world of hurt when this hits the Georgia Superior Court.

all this did today was show:

1) birthers are definitely nut cases
2) that birthers have criminals who confessed to accessing databases illegally
3) that Orly Taitz is a lawyer out of her league
4) that Georgia has taken a step back of 50 years and shined a light on their willing to entertain conspiracy theories, and racist individuals to keep a legitimate and legal Citizen of the US off a ballot.

LOL... what precedent? Administrative hearings can't set precedent, especially for other states.

It clears a path, this is a proud moment for the judical system indeed.

no it doesn't. Georgia was the only state that allows for anyone to contest a candidate for any reason.

The rest of the states have no such laws. Can't set precedent when there was no precedent set.

Is this all much ado about nothing or maybe not? Today Hillary stated she is just waiting for Obama to appoint another Sec of State because she plans to step down. So, hmmm curious if she could be the salvation for the Dems in 12?

A path to what?

And this had nothing to do with the "judicial system." Georgia administrative law hearings are not Article 3 courts. They are part of the Georgia executive branch, not judicial branch.

Poor O-bots. All they can do is stutter "No it doesn't.... no it doesn't... no it doesn't... the case is somehow moot... pay no attention to that man behind the curtain..."

As I said earlier, it's not easy to be a liberal fanatic. And these days, it's even tougher. All they have left is repeated denials, denials, denials.

My sympathies.

And what about birthers, all they do is spam the board with misinformation.
