Once the motion to quash the subpoena was denied, it would be a mistake to further participate in the proceedings, as it would be deemed consent to the court’s jurisdiction. The case should be removed to the United States District Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441; which court would have federal question jurisdiction on the issue of President Obama’s citizenship under 8 U.S.C. § 1401, and motion for dismissal for lack of standing to sue, and failure to state a claim for which relief may be granted under Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. At the same time, the Democratic Party of Georgia should bring an action for administrative mandamus to compel the Secretary of State to place President Obama’s name on the November ballot.
Bullcrap. 50 years ago was when America was at it's finest. There was no political correctness and America's prestine conservative family values and traditions was the gold standard for the world to look upon with envy. Our military was highly feared and our education system was in great shape before desegregation was enacted. Also illegal immigration was under control with Ikes government program to hunt down and deport illegals deep into Mexico. We need to return to those days of pride and patriotism.
