This can be easily proven. The group that organized the Arab Spring protests and regime change also organized the Occupy protests. The groups leader visited Obama in the White House, this is record. There are many verifiable ties between the White House and the Occupy protests and the White House and the Arab Spring protests/regime change. This is just one act of Sedition, there are others.
In chambers the Judge informed the plaintiff's attorney's he's going to rule against Obama.
The attorney's asked the Judge permission to present a shortened version of their case. They wanted Obama's crimes in the record. (The first time this has happened)
The Judge agreed.

i am not on any side of the birther issue (having not taken the time to follow the issue) but i do think it is amazing that our president would choose to ignore a court order. why not show up and defend your position, whatever it is?

our politicians don't obey the law or pay their taxes, the federal reserve debases our currency with impunity, and wall street does whatever it wants regardless of the actual state of the economy-while citizen protestors are pepper sprayed and/or hauled off to jail.
it seems like those at the top get away with more, even as those at the bottom face increasing governmental "restriction". how many americans know that- as poland riots over ACTA- it has already been passed here in this country?

there was no court order. there were supoenas issued by orly taitz ( that were available to her online pre-signed by the judge ) but without an order to compel from the judge they have the same legal weight as a "pretty please". the defense counsel attempted to get the subpoenas quashed and was rejected. this mistakenly got reported by the AP as the judge ordering obama to attend and was repeated by multiple news sources. there was no legal obligation for any of the people orly subpoenaed to attend yesterday's hearing ( among them sheriff joe arpaio ).
