Yep. If Obama cannot prove his Constitutional eligibility (and he can't, given known historical facts), any absentee votes for him will be void and Obama, his campaign, and the Dems will be responsible for willfully disenfranchising trusting voters.

The Indiana court in Ankeny v Daniels acknowledged that the SCOTUS in the Wong Kim Ark case did not declare Wong an Article II “natural born” Citizen nor did they declare Obama a natural born citizen.
