Way too many thin-skinned Americans, including a plethora right here on this forum.
Sticks and stones.......that's my mantra.
Right. Unless Jesse Jackson says "Hymietown," then you can call the guy a racist for the next 30 years.
C'mon...you guys shouldn't be so transparent. He's the mayor, and he's supposed to have better judgement than that. It was a stupid thing to say for a person in his position.

Being a public figure 24-7 is probably not an easy thing to do, he slipped up lets not crucify him.
How am i crucifying him? I don't even know the guy.
You guys are being magnanimous because he's insulting Latinos, is a Republican, and is currently running an administration that's been accused of giving the Hispanic community in his town a lot of hell. That's right up your alley.
But damn, at least say so instead of trying to justify a comment as stupid as this one.
Be honest, If Obama made the joke you'd guys would be all over him.
They'd be running to the Latino community all over this country and telling them how Obama is a racist and how voting for Democrats isn't good for the Hispanic community.
I just can't anymore, every little sentence someone says is dissected for racism. People need to grow thicker skin these games of gotcha really have to end. .
Totally agree, kinda like the time when people made a huge deal about Obama's statement about his grandmother. Remember how over blown that was?

Nah, he doesn't remember that (but yea, he does remember it).
These are the same clowns that are STILL b*tching about Reverend Wright, even though the guy isn't running for anything.
