The administrative court hearing is just a recommendation. It has no force of power.
that power resides with SoS Kemp, who has received Barack Obama's certified copy of his COLB provided by Jablonski. SoS Kemp cannot keep Obama of the ballot because of this.
IF Kemp does so, then it would be the Democratic National Party in Georgia (not Obama) that would take the case to Georgia's Superior Court. And at that point, no birther or their arguments will be involved.

"Anchor baby" refers to a citizen child of immigrants who came to the country for the purpose of giving birth here, to be an "anchor" to help the parents remain in the country. American mothers do not have anchor babies, as they are legal citizens and do not need a citizen baby as a reason to influence immigration authorities' decisions.
Whether or not "anchor babies" can become president is immaterial to whether Barack Obama is eligible for the presidency.

does not surprise me. You have to be under the influence of something to believe the fraud masquarading as the sitting president has any legitimate right to be there. Why is anyone surprised that a man who hates the constitution, was elected inspite of the constitutional provisions declaring him ineligable, has systematically worked to dismantle the constitution?
