We get it. Birthers aren't in it for the truth, it's simply they want to get rid of Obama. It's not about facts, it's about hate. It's an emotional imperative to get rid of the black guy because no matter how delusional, insane, or wildly idiotic they seem as birthers...they think they can't be dismissed like some one who comes right out and stated is about bigotry. The rest of the world already gets that it is, but some people have so deluded themselves into thinking they are being sneaky it's caused mental damage.
Like The Curse of Ham, Racial Realism, Holocaust Denial, and the plethora of other things people try and fashion just to say it's not bigotry when the only people they are fooling is themselves...and those who don't get out much and haven't heard of the terms before. There's a long history of BS and everyone already knows. So just drop it already.
The last time she filed the same type of lawsuit in Georgia she got a $20,000 fine, she's just looking to increase that amount.
There have been over 100 of these bogus cases against Obama. If he had been physically present at each and every one, he would be unable to perform his duties.

That's the thing, they don't. The extreme right doesn't care in the slightest if it wastes countless taxpayer dollars, is completely ridiculous that has been debunked a millions times,..They are so filled with hate and ignorance, they will do anything.

Short form,long form,hospital records,two separate news paper articles attest to the man being born in the USA, if there were a shred of evidence to the contrary it would have arisen a long time before he became President.
And if somebody happened to know your RL name and personal history, you would have no problem having somebody posting all of that information as well then, right?
I'm just going to note that DC is still making personal attacks on a private individual while not answering this question. He considers this sort of stuff fair game, so why not come out and reveal who you truly are?

the subpoena was issued by orly taitz, not the judge. there was no order to compel. obama had no legal obligation to attend nor did his attorney. orly also subpoenaed sheriff joe arpaio and his cold case posse results. arpaio did not attend, send an attorney, send the cold caes results and in fact the mericopa county sheriff's office sent a letter explaining to orly how her subpoena was invalid.
is sheriff joe also thumbing his "nose at the law or ignored the rulings of judges"?
Team Obama placed on the local NBC news an Obot who may be medicated for a mental illness. We submit to this forum the Obot cannot tell the difference between a birth certificate and Donald Duck.
And yet... that particular Obot has never once been wrong regarding the law in almost 100 different Birther cases. Let me repeat that.... His predictions have never been wrong.
What does this tell us about the entire Birther movement when "an Obot who may be medicated for a mental illness" has, all by his lonesome self, a better understanding of the law than the entire pantheon of Birther lawyers combined? Throw them all into the mix: Taitz, Berg, Donofrio, Apuzzo, Pidgeon, Irion, Hatfield, Kreep...

So in a stunning show of legal incompetence, the plaintiffs did it for him. They introduced into evidence (as true and accurate records) his Hawaiian birth certificate, showing that he was born in Hawaii and is therefore a natural born citizen.
I mean... who would have imagined they would do such a thing?

the only evidence submitted of obama's place of birth was hawaii ( the copy of the COLB ) and it was never objected or argued during the entire hearing. never once did any of the attorneys claim the president was born anywhere other than hawaii.
