Contrails don't result in images like this from satellite sensors. Contrails dissipate and these trails don't. If these were from normal aircraft contrails then the flight patterns are far from normal. These are not flight paths from normal aircraft. The pattern shows a coverage pattern indicating they were trying to cover all areas and notice that the trails are mainly running in one direction, north to south and not west to east. This is a clear indication of using the normal air current direction (west to east) to spread the spray.
First of all, you do understand what the phrase "rule of thumb" means, don't you?
Second, where did you get the idea that contrails can only form if the temp is -40? Whether or not a contrail can form is a function of temperature AND humidity.
Google it? You will find out its widely accepted in the aerospace industry as a good rule of thumb. Some thing for the -40C, Google it and you will find its correct.

No proof, just more blather, you are holding true to form...
There are patents issued all the time covering ludicrous idea's, this one is no different...
This patented invention was made by Hughes Aircraft in 1991 ... Hughes was bought and now operated by Boeing. Boeing is the 2nd largest aerospace company in the world. Boeing makes the Military and commercial aircraft that have been identified in the aerosol spraying operations. I would not call their inventions and patents ludicrous.
I could drag you onto a aerosol spraying aircraft for a joy ride and you would still deny they exist.
There have been enough references posted here that describe in scientific detail the characteristics of contrails, obviously as you have stated in earlier posts your keen scientific mind couldn't be bothered to read them because you believe you own eyes....
