Even millionaire kook Trump talks it up but does nothing to back up his talk like financing a private investigation of the matter.
You forget that Sheriff Joe Arpaio has a official investigation going on about Obama's eligibility, Connecticut SS number, etc. The Maricopa Sheriff investigation findings will be due sometime in February when the case is wrapped up.

Then we'll just have to wait until next month.

you forget that Joe Arpaio Cold Case Posse with volunteer investigators on this, is just for show. He has no legal authority to aks for documents (the ones that he would need) since his "power" ends at the Maricopa county line

His investigation is a farce, a money making scheme. And no court in this land would accept his findings (for or against) since real courts rely on real decisions by real judges. And courts have already done so.

This is not true. Sheriff Arpaio is responsible for investigations in his country. The voting rules and ballot are by county. His investigation was requested by the voters in his county. This is an official investigation. Investigators being volunteers does not mean its not official, many municipalities have volunteer services including police and fire.

Btw, while birthers make up non-existent citizen classes, real legal scholars recognize the history of our citizenship laws:

Citizenship of the United States

Birthers are nothing but an annoyance, and most of the Republican party wants to move away from them. IT doen'st help that loony republican and tea party voters and candidate give these morons a platform.
If that's the case then there are millions of morons in the USA, over 50 million.

The morons are the ones that choose to turn a blind eye.

It is very important to get some stance on this from the SCOTUS as the GOP nominee will have the same questions raised when they add Marco Rubio from FL on the ticket.

I also read earlier that Romney's Dad had his own 'birthers' throwing fits when he ran for President.

No, his power ends at the Maricopa County line. He doesn't have a federal position. He is a county sheriff.

Which are controlled by the state SoS and the state legislature. Not a county sheriff.

His investigation was requested by the voters in his county.
No it wasn't. It was started at the urging of World Nut Daily's Jerome Corsi.

This is an official investigation.
No it isn't. It's purely voluntary, and any result has no enforcement power.

Wrong. Volunteer Police (they aren't really volunteer police) and Volunteer firemen do not do investigations.
