Here's a helpful hint... When milking a cow, do NOT pick the one with only one teet..

Oh, you can make an excellent stew with the meat!~

Or, you can soak it in milk for hours and then "chicken fry" it. Make that thick crust by dipping the meat in your flour and spice mixture, in egg, back and forth and frying it in the healthiest oil of your choice.

I marinade it overnight in Claudes brisquette marinade along with a little salt and pepper.. Then I throw it on the grill... You can also use a little honey.
