It's been widely reported that Israel has approximately 400 nuclear warheads, with the ability to deliver them by Intercontinental Ballistic Missile, aircraft and submarines. And, in addition to it's nuclear arsenal, Israel has the 3rd or 4th strongest Air Force in the world, with over 1,600 fighter, bomber and attack aircraft.
Iran a threat to Israel? I don't think so.

Reason: ...
Wrong! Iran does in fact have an air force! It is no match for Israel, but they have recently produced their first domestic built fighter! True though that must of their air force is old and outdated, but they are ramping it up with the new fighter.
The leaders of Israel don't regularly go on state run TV and scream "Death to America" while claiming that God will help them wipe an entire country off the map.

Can you provide something in the way of at least one source that has counted the Israeli nuclear weapons? Surely you can do that since you talk so sure about the numbers.

Iran does.
You may want to check the actual translation of what was said. Understanding is key.
Quote:
Norouzi translated the original Persian to English, with the result, "the Imam said this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time."Juan Cole, a University of Michigan Professor of Modern Middle East and South Asian History, agrees that Ahmadinejad's statement should be translated as, "the Imam said that this regime occupying Jerusalem (een rezhim-e eshghalgar-e qods) must [vanish from] the page of time (bayad az safheh-ye ruzgar mahv shavad). According to Cole, "Ahmadinejad did not say he was going to 'wipe Israel off the map' because no such idiom exists in Persian." Instead, "he did say he hoped its regime, i.e., a Jewish-Zionist state occupying Jerusalem, would collapse." The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) translated the phrase similarly, as "this regime" must be "eliminated from the pages of history."
Israel has had the bomb for sometime now but are not threatening their neighbors with total annihilation as Iran has done that is the difference. Israel is the only free democratic state in the Mideast among the dictatorial Arab States and Irans ruling Mullahs bent on her destruction.
Cause we sure don't want to miss another opportunity to wage another war and divert attention from our troubles at home.
