They are hoaxes. But this one from Florida is somewhat convincing. I guess the flash of light in the sky at 7:51 that "signaled" the end of the sound is why I have less doubt about this one.
The hum is generated by high power ultra low frequency signals being directed towards the ground and generating a subterrarium resonant frequency vibration.
Great explanation! Any idea who's doing it?

No really good explanation for that one.
I did hear an explanation that I thought was half acceptable. When I remember it, I'll be back.
A missile ... What kind of missile would that be bob? Have you ever seen a out of control missile bob? Have you ever seen one create a blue expanding spiraling light that creates a black hole bob?

It was a Russian Bulava ballistic missile.
"The Russians said problems emerged when the missile deployed its third stage engine and it went off course and out of control."
Whatever the noise is, it's being reported all over the globe. It isn't by a bunch of tinfoil hatters. There's reports of sane, and professional folks hearing it, too but wait, rut row...I only know one of them. Hmmm.....
I read that in one country the folks think the sounds sounds like A heavenly horn being blown. Dangme! I wish I could recall which nation that report was from.
