Hillary Clinton to Russia: ‘Whose Side Are You On?’ - ABC News

With Russia promising to upend any United Nations Security Council resolution calling for Syria to halt its crackdown on anti-government activists, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton today challenged the Kremlin to make a stand.

Speaking at a signing ceremony with the foreign minister of Singapore, Clinton appealed to Security Council members to make their place known, asking, ”Whose side are you on?

“Are you on the side of the Syrian people?” she asked. “Are you on the side of the Arab League? Are you on the side of the people of the Middle East and North Africa who have during his past year spoken out courageously and often for their rights?”

Or, Clinton asked, ”Are you on the side of a brutal dictatorial regime?”

You may not like Hillary; but she is a great Sec of State.

Albright, Rice, Clinton, only bloody female vamps (who destroyed millions of lives) could rise to the top. Scary. Bloody biatch should stop spinning off "revolutions" around the (resource rich) world using the language and rationales that Orwell himself could not come up with, it's so twisted.

It's not getting tough with the Russians if you first ask this question 3 years into your tenure. In fact, i'd say that's being more like a namby-pamby pushover.

Barry will probably respond with an apology for the arrogance....

Gobless the Russians. As corrupt as they are and as evil as Putin is they are the last roadblock to a complete one world government and one world military run by both the UN and NATO. America will learn the hard way that a foreign policy of imperialism and this thirst to rule the world and remake her in your image........a global manifest destiny will only lead to utter failure and the bankruptcy of a once great nation. I'm glad there are still countries left that have the balls to stand up for their own sovereignty regardless of their own internal issues. If left up to America we'd all be eating McDonald's drinking Coca Cola and reading what Angelina Jolie's crap looked like in the morning after she gave herself a "colon cleanse". America is nothing but a corporation destroying everything in its path on an endless quest for profit, materialism, and hyperconsumption in the name of "democracy". LMAO! And the mindless sheeple lemmings just gobble it up like heroin junkies looking for their next fix. My god how far this nation has fallen in such a short period of time. Makes you wonder if the grand expirement ever got off the ground or if the corporatist bankers have always had their boot to our throat.

I'm on the side of Hillary minding her own damn business and not entangling America with Syria so much in the first place. Unfortunately, that side is quite poorly represented in the American political system - much of the criticism from the right seems to be that the US is not interventionist enough when it comes to countries like Syria or Iran.

The entire agenda of the US government, who want you to believe in this two party circus by the way, is to destablize the entire middle east in order to control the flow of oil. This has been on the books way before Cheney and Bush II got into office. Obama, the democrats and the Republicans all work together behind the scenes to usher in this new world order based on the American global corporations like Haliburton, GE, Monsanto etc. Henry Kissinger has been espousing a new world order through the control of money, (world bank/IMF), Oil (Anglo-American oil companies like BP) and FOOD (Monsanto) for the last 50 years. Bush I was talking about the NWO back in the 80s. Why is America more divided along political lines more than ever nowadays? SO THEY CAN DIVIDE AND CONQUER....oldest tactic in the book of tyranny and war. Keep the populace divided and distracted and you can control them like puppets. And if even better if you control the opposition you don't really have any. The dumbocraps and the republicant losers are all the same. Washington said the downfall of America would be its two party system. In a melting pot we are relegated to two......JUST TWO???????? POLITICAL PARTIES??????? LOL Haha! Representative government in America was dead on arrival.
