The photographs uncovered reveal disturbing images. Some allegedly show Berndt with his arm around the children or with his hand over their mouths, according to a statement by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. In addition, authorities say the images depict girls with a blue plastic spoon filled with a substance, later determined to be semen. There were also photos of children with large, live Madagascar-type cockroaches on their faces and mouths.
This isn't political nor controversial.

Why do you say that? And where on C-D would you have posted it?

Teachers molesting children isn't controversial? Since when?

Maybe because it's reported so much that the "shock and awe" of it just isn't there anymore. And I'm quite serious about that.

He kept his benefits and his pension. No biggie..right ?

No, teachers molesting children isn't controversial....nobody disagrees that pedophilia is disgusting.

It would have been controversial if the school, like the Catholic Church, had hidden and protected the pedophiles.

This school reacted immediately and correctly.

If you're trying to say that only teachers are pedophiles or paint all teachers in a bad light, it's a huge failure......for INTELLIGENT people.

No one is saying that---where did you come up with that? Two wrongs do not make a right so we should just let this perv go, is that the argument?

I'm not sure if the school could do anything about him if the pictures were not found. Seems they did wait for hard evidence and for more kids to be molested.

Sandusky's molesting went on for a long time as well.

Stripped of all pension, benefits and monetary rewards from the district if found guilty and given a term of no less than 100 years.

Send a message and send it loud and clear to teachers all over the US.
Don't harm our kids.

The article says the school can't touch his pension. He will probably be given a home detention of 3 years or so. It's CA you know.
