But .. Of course .. this is only a small example and doesn't happen .. Normally!
(Unless a Dem is involved and losing)

TROY — Testimony from voters in the city ballot-fraud case revealed the tactics politicians and political operatives used and the promises they made to allegedly convince residents to sign over their voting privileges.

Several voters approached by operatives in the months before the 2009 Working Families Party primary for City Council testified Wednesday that to get their signatures, officials promised to end crime in their neighborhood or build a park for kids.

They said they were told a new city policy was being implemented to make it easier for people to vote and all they had to do was sign a piece of paper.

Testimony also showed operatives may have targeted immigrants and other people not familiar with the English language or the U.S. election process.

Then again .. we have this:
Since the recall petitions were released to the public by the Wisconsin Government Accountability, numerous errors, duplicates, and fraudulent names have been uncovered. A thorough review and database entry project is being conducted by the campaigns of those being recalled as well as an independent effort called Verify the Recall.

This is just one more reason to remain deeply skeptical of the number of signatures being reported by the Democratic Party of Wisconsin. Or more accurately, four more reasons to remain skeptical.

And Then you have This:

In July of 2011, New Hampshire governor John Lynch vetoed a bill that would have required New Hampshire voters to show photo ID before entering the polls. “Voter turnout in New Hampshire is among the highest in the nation, election after election. There is no voter fraud problem in New Hampshire,” said Governor Lynch in a statement last summer. “We already have strong election laws that are effective in regulating our elections.” Not surprisingly, the governor was outraged last week when a watchdog group, Project Veritas, organized an undercover sting operation to test the veracity of his reassurances. What they found was appalling, if not unexpected.
