The underlying reality to all of this is that in vast majority, on both sides, people are far more interested in defending their own adopted ideological positions, and "winning" than they are inclined to consider such things as facts, results, or consequences.

It sure looks like pro-lifers are simply against blacks and other minorities having access to safe abortion, doesn't it? GuyNTexas even views easy access to birth control as a conspiracy to rid the world of undesirables.
Pro-lifers would like to ban abortion so only rich, white women have access to safe abortions.......blacks, minorites and the poor can take their chances with their friendly, neighborhood, back-street butcher.....just as they were forced to do in "the good old days".
Pro-lifers know damn well they can never stop abortion......but they sure would like to stop safe, legal abortions for all but the elite of society....wouldn't they?

We were discussing this issue last evening, and I Believe, not many people who ran for the race for the cure, knew money was being donated to planned parenthood. they constantly advertise they have been doing this for a cure for breast cancer and that is what they should be doing with the money...period...what they've done is an insult to those who have lost they're lives to breast cancer, not to mention to all the people who bought into the fact and ran they're legs off for the purpose. Very cruel and unthinking, but as anything else in this world, money talks and corruption over rides everything else.
I'm very angry about this...and I don't have anything against planned parenthood...

In Komen's defense, a quick peek at its website will tell you that its mission includes education and early detection, which is what Planned Parenthood is doing by offering breast exams and information and referrals to uninsured and underinsured women ...
Saying yes to life means saying yes to being blamed BY the civilization for the very terms and conditions imposed by an unjust civilization. It's also being at the mercy of animals living in poverty because they themselves are violent criminals preying on the poor in the least position to defend themselves.
Oh, and BTW, these violent criminals are philosophically aping the predatory behavior of the 1% being grieved by the 99% movement. Just so we're all clear exactly who the culprits are, and whom is leading whom to hell in a handbasket.

if a woman doesn't want to go to term with her pregnancy why would she go to term then give the baby away. women are not breeders for the world of adoption. adoption is not always the answer. many women always regret giving their child up. many adopted kids feel out of the loop in their adopted family and always year for their birth mothr. many children go unadopted and spend 18 years in foster care system only to be spit out at age 18. abortion is not murder and I vote too
