My first thought was, they are all one in the same.
But....this story is interesting. Someone here locally went to pay a cc bill at bofa, with cash and they refused.
I'd be the one inside the bank pitching a hissy fit and making a public scene.
The Federal Reserve Note clearly has printed upon it: "This note is legal tender for all debts, public & private"
Though many companies get away with refusing payments in Federal Reserve Notes, or in certain denominations, I am not certain that they can actually do that if they are accepting payment in person face to face.
If your credit card agreement does not include the refusal of cash payments in the small print then I would be contacting my State Attorney General's Office. It could result in a fine to the company refusing to accept Federal Reserve Notes.
The trend for the globalists is to a "cashless society" where everything can be tracked. The way to stop this is to stop using credit/debit cards and force banks and other companies to actually accept and furnish cash again.
What I'd like to know is why the person who made that video didn't bother to ask the bank personnel why they wouldn't accept the cash payment and why he didn't include their response in the video footage.

Something smells here...
maybe they weren't set up to take cash at that desk.... why not go to cashier's window, get a certified check, and make the payment?
Can any Real estate agents chime in on whether BofA broke the mortgage contract?
Or any of you real smart people like the couple of Gals above.
It would depend upon the fine print in the mortgage contract. However, if someone was ready to pay off their mortgage and push the issue it might be fun.
Mid way through my last mortgage the bank I used stopped accepting the mortgage stamped receipts with the "old fashioned" receipt books. They wanted everything digital transfer from account instead of mailed checks. So, I paid it off and bid them goodbye instead. Banks need customers in order to survive. Sans fees they are nothing. So, whenever possible, starve the beast, especially the global ones.
