Hell it's also too bad for the folks in Finland where these clowns opened up shop with our taxpayer dollars. More good work by the great orator. I'm sure all they need is a couple hundred more million to fix er up I mean the market should be raging for a hundred thousand dollar green car.
"Fisker was one of a handful of auto companies to receive sizeable federal loans to help support the birth of an electric car industry in the United States. As ABC News reported in October, Fisker's efforts have been beset by delays. And despite benefitting from U.S. taxpayer support, the company had signed a contract with a firm in Finland to assemble its first generation electric vehicle, a flashy $97,000 sports coupe called the Karma. "
Haha what's new......the rich corporate oligarchs sucking off the American tax payer in order to subsidize more overpriced luxury toys for their own consumption. Haha.....brilliant! Even the best writers in Hollywood couldn't make this crap up!
Maybe they should have manufactured a car that was more affordable to the general public.

Since when did the duties of the US president become one of investing billions of taxpayer dollars on crony venture capitalism? This guy shakes it off as win some, lose some. As with solyndra, Obama's attitude is <meh>
The president, addressing Solyndra's failure in a Monday interview with ABC News, said his administration knew that "not every single business is going to succeed in clean energy," but argued that "if we want to compete with other countries that are heavily subsidizing the industry's future, we've got to make sure that our guys here in the United States of America at least have a shot."
"Hindsight is always 20-20, it went through the regular review process, and people felt like this was a good bet," Mr. Obama told ABC's George Stephanopoulos. "There are going to be some failures... and Solyndra's an example."
Stop, just freaking stop!!! What life experiences have given this man the capacity to play billionaire corporate tycoon??? None, he is a community organizer with no successes or accomplishments in his life. He wrote two books about himself, and he was an unaccomplished junior state senator and a completely wet-behind-the-ears US senator for a few months.
