That's probabably asking too much if they are Democrats though. They'd rather live off of somebody elses money.
That's the same ridiculous argument the robber barons used in the 19th century for paying people so little and working them like slaves. Of course when a person is barely subsisting and working 12 hours a day, there's not much chance of them improving themselves. Furthermore, there are a large number of people who simply don't have the ability to do anything more, and I for one don;t think they should essentially be slaves because they weren't born with great abilities.

But I suspect you have no problem that big business got bailed out with our tax dollars, do you? Capitalism for the poor, socialism for the rich.

Minimum wage is a license to do minimum work; which is why it should be eliminated.

You're not serious. Is that what you think? His record proves he is a socialist. He is (by his own admission) a Marxist.

That's why we want to end "minimum wage" laws that kill jobs for them, and other programs that keep them dependent.

That's why we want to lower taxes so that businesses can expand and add more jobs. This way the poor will have a chance to raise themselves up.

What better thing could we do for them, but to make it easier for them to find work, and give them the incentive to make a better life for themselves?

What a concept!
Your speaking logical and liberals just don't get it.

If you support abolishing the min. wage and seeing how close to the delight of employers Americans would work for ZERO, how would you deal with side effects? For instance, there would be an increased interest in joining labor unions to try to bring pay back up. So ban the formation of labor unions?

There would be an increased need for people to get on government welfare. So abolish government welfare and ask people to give generously to private charities?

This is typical liberal gobbledygook. Typical liberal "non-think".

I'm not going to take the 'bait' and offer a rebuttal to such absurdity.

Let me suggest a book to you: "Atlas Shrugged". Read it.

This is the 21st Century.

Why woud you think that I would not have a problem with bail outs? I'm not a Barack Obama bot and I'm not a believer in "too big to fail". I didn't vote for that ass hole.
