I have yet to hear the purpose or strategy for staying in Afghanistan until 2014. No one gives specifics on what we are or plan to accomplish. The Afghanistan people do not want us there, the government is robbing us blind and the people we are training are killing our troops.
Major Hassan, a Muslim psychiatrist, kills 13 soldiers, wounds 29, obvious premeditated from the documentation, and our government has yet to determine if he was insane and should stand trial...HUH?
Meanwhile, Our Sec of Defense is throwing Robert Bales under the bus, ready to execute the poor SOB, for killing Afghanistan people, who, sadly were mostly children. Isn't there a bit of irony here?
How many more lives will be lost to a war we have no hope in winning, or at least accomplishing anything?

Because people love war, next time you go to some type of special sporting events watch the military parade around the field carrying flags and when that muti billion dollar killing machine does it screaming low fly over as they finish singing the National Anthem listen to the roar of close to 100,000 fans as they cheer with approval.
This trivial internet post should do a lot to fix the problem. Kudos
