Now that's FUNNY, right there! Usually the giveaway is harder to find! Just goes to show birther photoshoppers are no smarter than their lawyers.

I made part of my living Photoshopping, and once a person really takes a look, and knows a few things, it's always easy to spot a goof.

That Kluxer goof's giveaways:
- different lighting on the face than all the rest.
- Byrd's head looked too small; the shoulders are of a much bigger and burlier man.
- A person's face and hands are almost always the same size. The hand in the shot is bigger than the face. Just put a hand on your face, and you will instantly understand this.

Thanks for the find, wrecking ball. Debunking this crap is a sport among those who know the Photoshop program well.

No, when the ballot challenges are filed, they have to be resolved before the primary.

they might strike down something, but it is up to the states to have qualified people on their ballots. there is nothing a federal judge can do here.

the feds cannot force the states to put someone on a ballot that the state thinks is unqualified.

nor can states deny an eligible candidate from the ballot.

all the current challenges are just recycling the same arguments from the georgia hearing. there's nothing to indicate that the outcome will be different.

Hey look. More waste of taxpayer money.

What'll they do when they lose this one too?

The feds aren't forcing anything.

The Democratic Party is not a government entity. Political parties are private organizations that serve a public purpose. PRIVATE.

And if they are improperly filed, to include being filed against organizations that do not exist, they are resolved by either rejecting them or ignoring them.

very true, but it is up to state election laws and the courts in that state can decide if a person is eligible or not.
