If they intend to "push back" against laws passed by the Congress of The People of the United States, and the regulations handed down by federal agencies under the authority of Congress, guess who'll end up in jail?
I'd suggest that those Sheriff's, and anyone who supports them, should go back to school and take Civics 101 before going any farther.

Do you think that EPA, DEA, USFS, and any other Federal agency has the right to make law?
If Congress does something against the U.S. Constitution, is that okay with you?
County Sheriffs are the law enforcers, if there are unconstitutional takings from the FEDS, they are the last line of defense for the Sovereign Citizenry.
Executive orders, and Inter office regulations are not always Constitutional.

They don't make law. They execute the will of Congress, and Congress has given them the authority to issue regulations and rules which have the FORCE of law in order to implement the will of Congress.

No. But, that's one of the reasons we have courts.

Yes, but only within the confines of state law. They have no federal authority unless it's been delegated to them.

Again... that's why we have courts. County Sheriff's, or any law enforcement, ENFORCE THE LAW AS IT IS WRITTEN. They don't interpret it or pass judgment on it. Once they try to do that, they've overstepped their authority and should be removed from office.

There is much more information out there for those that are interested. It's a movement that is growing in awareness and strength. Sheriff's in the west are deputizing citizen's that want their freedom back.
The FEDS are on a massive rampage to take resources, remove damns, re write water rights, block access to public lands and train locals to control their citizenry.
Meh...not really. But i can appreciate your unnecessary enthusiasm. But it aint happening. Sorry.
