God forbid people should want to know more facts about this tragic story before jumping to conclusions.

There's 10 different ways a cop can legally kill you and get off in most states.

Think about that.

And the criminals never do anything wrong. Oh, wait that doesn't make any sense, they are criminals BECAUSE they did wrong.

Agreed. Contest your innocence in court. Attempting to do so on the street is all but asking for incidents like this to happen.

Of course there are just like there are 10 ways a regular citizen can kill you and get off.

Your point?

What would those 10 different ways be? Provide some actual facts to support your vague claim.

You can contest your innocence on the street. Just don't run handcuffed from the police after committing multiple crimes that endangered the public.

However to your point court is much better. As soon as you open your mouth all your doing is giving LE more ammunition to convict you with.

Thank you, I will add a couple of things:1-what do we know about where this report came from? 2-I realize this is an old story, but we still don't know what really happend or how accurate it is. I find it very interesting, if it happened just the way the YouTube showed it and I doubt it did, why hasn't there been even more coverage? Don't you think we would have seen something about it on the news or in the paper? Certainly the liberal media would have jumped on the story. How many times have these types of stories been found to be untrue?

Sorry, I have learned along time ago not to jump to conclusions and not to believe everything I hear or see.

I am not one that cliams cops are never wrong but I do see something here that just doesn't fit. I guess I am the only one.

So much for resisting arrest. If this young woman would not have tried to flee, obviously she would still be alive today. Whether the cop could have ran after her and stopped her without using a taser has no bearing on the facts, she resisted arrest, the cop is protected by law to use whatever means is necessary to affect that arrest. People need to learn when it comes to dealing with police, you have got to obey the law and you can't do whatever you might want to do. One thing is for sure, you can not flee once arrested, and get away with it. I feel the title to this thread is very misleading. The young woman was not murdered by police. She fell and hit her head.
