A photo apparently unauthorized that somebody sneaked and took of Whitney Houston deceased in her casket has surfaced on the cover of a tabloid. What do you think should be done, if anything about it? Do you think the police should investigate to find out who took it and where it was taken? What would the crime be? Should the funeral home have its license suspended or revoked? Should the family sue the funeral home or sue the paper that published it? Or should nothing be done?
At first I was pretty furious that they would violate the privacy of the family this way and I still think it was a pretty low thing to do. But then I thought that maybe the family should have expected this and hired private security to be with the body 24/7 as Michael Jackson's family apparently did to prevent such a thing. I am not blaming them and I still think it was a low thing to do. I will say too she looks very beautiful and at peace.

You have to be absolutely fking kidding me! What kind of low life POS slime would do something like this?? If that was my mom, those sons of the b word would have holes dug for them out here in the desert and I would take pictures of their head bashed in corpses and send them to the National Enquirer. And the Funeral Director would be arranging his own gawd damn funeral for allowing such non sense to go on in his business. Just unreal. You can't trust nobody anymore.
Tough crap! Burnt out coke ***** photos bother you? How upset do you get when the show photos of Dead American Soldiers?
Absolutely no photo should be taken against the wishes of the family. No exceptions. If it is OK with the family, it is OK with me. It is their decision to make and nobody else.
Can't say I really care. Yes, whoever did this is incredibly tacky and rude, but the family should have hired better security if they didn't want the possibility of photos being taken. Confiscate everyone's iPhones at the door or w/e. It's not like they can't afford it, she was buried in $200K earrings and a $500K dress.

You don't really believe those earrings made it into the grave with her do you? They are probably in a pawn shop in New York! I mean, if the slimeballs would take a picture and sell it, they'd sure as hell take earrings!
