And it also prohibits the use of hate speech or literature.

Can somone tell me why religious tenets should be taught in either public or private schools where the attendants are supposed to be assimilating useful knowledge and not indoctrination of any kind? Why would anyone sanction this tripe?

If gays are born that way, then no one can be both gay and straight. Bisexuals refute the whole idea.
