That won't be the reason given of course. They don't have to give a reason. It's a mystery why they are letting some really well qualified and well liked (by their COs) people go now. I'm seeing it right now where I am in Germany.

You realize (on second thought, you probably don't), that it doesn't have to be an "official reason"... if there's a demonstrable pattern where a lawyer can show that all the gays and lesbians are being discharged, while others stay on. Especially if the gays and lesbians are better qualified.

They are cutting 100,000 military. I think they can mask their intentions within that number. My world is quite joyous and bountiful, thank you.
I am in favor of gays in the military and hated DADT as much as anyone. But this rings gross to me.
There is a cliche that gay men in particular love drama and attention to a fault. Videos like this aren't helping.
I don't need to see your special family moments. Stop pretending like it's a social moment, it's not. Enjoy your partner and enjoy your life but stop talking to the media about your life and stop filming every intimate moment.
An embrace and a kiss when two people who love each other are reunited is one thing. Jumping up and wrapping your legs around your partner, whether same or opposite sex, is just too blatant. As a PDA that one goes too far.
