"....I have a difficult time understanding why dying automatically elevates someone to the level of respect, if they didn't deserve it while alive...."
"....Same for Kennedy. An alcoholic womanizer, suspected of manslaughter, an underhanded politician, from a less-than-upstanding family who made the bulk of their riches in unsavory ways....."
"....I personally thought he was a despicable human being, who epitomized everything that we hate in politics..."
"....As one of if not the most corrupt politician this country has ever seen, Ted Kennedy deserves about as much respect as any thug in prison. NONE!..."
Both sides have their opinions as seen through partisan eyes.
Rest in Peace Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Breitbart.
Actually, Breitbart himself called Ted Kennedy both a "pr*K" and "duplicitous bast**d" when he died and said "I am more than willing to go off decorum to ensure THIS MAN not be beatified."
I don't think its right to take pleasure in anyone's death (except maybe a guy like Bin Laden), but I would think Breitbart would be delighted in some of the hateful things said about him. He did say in 2010 about his early career "I liked being hated more than I liked being liked."
There is very little about him that I liked. But when God puts his hands on a person, I take mine off. I will just say I am sorry for his family and pray that God is with them during this time.
Yeah it is so rare that men die at 43 of heart attacks. Boy, the left is even hate filled at death.
Actually, one of his last interveiws on TYT he damn near busted a blood vessel trying to make some crazy point. So it really does not suprise me that he haad a heart attack
I'm glad this thread finally got around to discussing the elephant in the room. Breitbart looked like bloody hell. He clearly did not take care of his body or mind. At 43, he easily looked like he was in his early 60s. Let this be a lesson to all of us. Let's not be sloppy, fat drunks who probably abuse cocaine too. Furthermore, let's not waste our lives blaming the Left for our pathetic failures. Perhaps if Breitbart would have spent more time thinking about what a loser he was and how it wasn't someone else's fault, he would have turned his life around and may still be alive today.
