"Supposed to" is vital here: the Weather Underground disbanded in '73,
as their primary motivation was ending the Viet Nam war. President Obama was born in 1961, making him 12 when TWU dissolved. He may be a smart cookie, but he wasn't at either Occidental or Harvard at 12. Even if I use my imagination and create a scenario whereby he met with a group of former Weather Underground members while researching a paper, why the heck would anyone be filming it?

Weather Underground - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I declare this the most lucid post in the thread. Well presented!

SSN # blasted to the world via internet

1000 people see that number and goes to the link also blasted to the world via the internet (usually in the same freaking article)

All 1000 people, input the same number at the link

system says "too many tries.. you exceeded daily limit...try again later"

What part of this do you both not get?

It TOTALED up all the tries from the 1000 people who did the look up based on the SSN. So if you did it 1000 times or 1000 people did 1 time each, ITS all the same to the system.

It doesn't calculate by IP. It calculates based on how many times the number is looked up in a day.

Gee whiz. My 7 year old nephew understands better than you two.

It probally comes down to this - people are afraid to have there views challenged.
I don't know about that. It's pretty much standard procedure. This is nothing new - shut down discussion of issue X by calling conservatives Y:

They have nothing legitimate to say on abortion they just want to control women.

They have nothing legitimate to say on affirmative action they are just racist.

They have nothing legitimate to say on welfare they're just rich & greedy.

And now it's the birth certificate can't be fake, they're just crazy birthers. That's just how it works with some liberals.

So you're not going to answer the question?

That at least means you are honest enough not to lie.

Good for you.

I've made the point.

This is also at this point a complete red herring, and your refusal to answer the question shows that you know I've proven the website is keying off the president's SSN and not your IP adress.

Thanks for playing.

Not even close.

It's "The birth certificate is not fake, and we proved it long ago."

Here's some of the coverage that shows real journalists understand what right-wing nutjobs do not.

Why does race always have to enter the discussion? It is not the black president I disagree with, it is the socialist dictator lying president that I disagree with.

Ridiculous hyperbole aside, what does that still have to do with the "birther" issue?

Do birthers not understand that trying the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is the definition of madness?

Certainly you would not pretend that, just because you are not racist, that none of the opposition to this president is racist.

Would you?
