Can something like this sign be allowed in Metro cars where advertisements usually appear? It seems that the courts have determined that, yes it can because of the 1st Amendment's free speech clause.

Anyway it always makes me mad when I have to read things that have headlines that have the name of Senator Moran to make sure it is the one in this story and not the one I helped elect. Nope, this one in the story is not my Jerry Moran, and Virginia can keep this one. I wonder when this one's desire to stem free speech will win out.

Let me get this straight:

When Rep. Moran says, "That's offensive," he's trying to limit free speech.

When a young college student in that same town expresses an opinion on birth control, she's a "s--t" and that's OK?
