I just don't get why birth control has to be free and not anything else.
You don't get free medication. You have a health insurance plan offered through your employer that you also probably contribute a significant chunk to already. All this bill does is say that in addition to the services that you are already paying for, you will not be forced to pay even more to get contraceptive care--that it has to be covered under the plan that you're currently purchasing. This isn't a new thing--Congress has mandated that coverage be provided in the past. For instance, insurance companies are required to pay to keep women and infants in the hospital for several days after normal childbirth, and even longer after a C-section, to insure that both the baby and mother are healthy. Prior to that insurers began kicking women out of the hospital shortly after birth as a cost saving measure.

Another Limbohead who didn't read the testimony transcripts. Point out where she said she is having "so much sex". If you can't, be ready to be sued for libel.

Why is it costing her thousands? Or are we covering STD's too? I cannot defend her behavior.

Obamacare mandates 100% coverage though with NO copay.
Why not offer all medications 100% covered with NO copay ?

I guess if you have a nation of sluts then you have to make sure every one of them has access to birth control.

You know Sodom and Gomorrah were towns and mentioned in the Bible, Torah and Quran. Their exact locations though are still in dispute.

No she didn't, she said nothing about her personal life.

No, she wants her insurance premiums to be applied toward contraceptive prescriptions as they are other medications.

Disgusting and hypocritical

He did not do this

They're cutting health benefits for our military and our elderly but the libs prefer to fight for a 30 year old ivy leaguer with a strong sexual appetite...go figure
Where is your evidence of her sexual appetite? All you have to go on is that she is a woman, a law student and believes that insurance premiums should cover prescription contraceptive medicine.

Again, where did you get the idea that this woman is sexually active at all?

Perhaps, the Catholic Church and Rush Limbaugh should join forces to provide a new model of birth control. To most Catholic women, (and most women in general), the very thought of having Rush on top of them in the middle of the night, would provide new impetus to "get thee to a nunnery" in short order! But then again, upon further reflection, it might generate too many fans for Ellen! Oh well, just a thought!

LOL...don't be too confident about the anonymity of the internet, my friend. Your statements calling her a sl.t fall within the definition of libel. Just because you are using an alias doesn't mean a good attorney can't track you down. In fact, you can prove me wrong. Carry on with your language, we'll see what happens.
