A more likely scenario would be to phase in limitations for the tax deductions for children to two per family.

That Bachman is mentally retarded is not something in dispute. In her case, prohibiting a child would benefit society. Let's end the gene pool of that family with her.

Anyways, this is typical politics. Take a policy and then go to the extreme with it.

"Gay marriage?" "Next thing you know people will want to be able to marry animals, or robots or even houses!" That's how politics works. She just happens to be insane. Seriously insane.

Just speculating. Reducing the tax exemptions makes a lot more sense than what Bachman said.
